Rock Chalk Rubi Part 2

Grandma was teaching Rubi how to cheer. By the time we left she was the loudest cheerleader in the place.

However, not even the energy in Allen Fieldhouse could keep Rubi from getting her beauty rest!

Rubi says, "Hey, nobody told me it was real!"

Pebbles? No, it's just Rubi!

I have waited and waited for her hair to be long enough to do something with it - it's finally there and how cute does she look!
The material that she's crawling on is the material I'm going to make the valances for her room with. We decided that we are going to paint her room pale purple (gentle gem (get it? for Rubi. he he)) and light mint green (man in the moon). Those paint colors just sound so perfect for her cute little room! I want to get one of those signs to go above her bed that says "I see the moon and the moon sees me." I also want to decorate her room with vintage nursery rhyme items. Garage sales here I come! Jim Shore, one of my favorite artists, has a nursery rhyme collection and I've got my eye on the Mother Goose and Winkin, Blinkin and Nod figurines. Don't tell John! :)

Look At Those Eyes

Even a dirty little face doesn't detract from the beauty in those eyes! Maybe I'm partial but I think she's beautiful!
